A land ownership battle involving St.Paul’s Primary School, Community and Christian Foundation Fellowship Church has been solved after Nakuru Law court made a judgement in the matter declaring the case closed.
The latest development follows long battle in court over the matter.
In 2023 residents of Biashara raised alarm over alleged grabbing of 3/4 acres of parcel of land belonging to one of the oldest schools in Nakuru, St. Paul’s Primary.
A matter that ended up at the Nakuru Law courts.
However, after several proceedings in the matter, the Courts pronounced themselves clear in the matter and that the Church had followed the right procedure in acquiring the parcel of land, hence vindicated in the matter.
The Christian Foundation Fellowship Church is said to have purchased the parcel of land during the defunct Municipal Council of Nakuru.
The school that sits adjacent to Bondeni’s Pyrethrum estate and borders Menengai Social Hall as well as the Nakuru National Youth Service offices was established in the early 1950s.
The latest development brings to an end a long time court battle.
On October 29, 2025 the School’s Board of Management(BOM), Nakuru East Subcounty Director of Education and the Church leadership held a meeting to chat way forward.

Addressing press after the meeting Biashara Ward Community Forum chairperson Maurice Otieno was categorical that justice had been served and the Church vindicated in the matter.
He added that the matter followed all the legal process through the courts and involved all elected leaders and local administration.
Mr. Otieno called on community to work closely with the school and the Church towards transformation.
He also used the moment to request Christian Foundation Fellowship Church to give back to the community through Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR).
“It has been a process. The state Counsel representing the community and school after weighing in the matter concluded that there is no case and that the Church is free to develop the parcel of land,” stated Otieno.
On his part, Bishop Dr. Charles Ng’ang’a of the Christian Foundation Fellowship Church Nakuru lauded the community around the school for ensuring truth stands out.
The CFF Church Nakuru’s spiritual leader assured the community that the Church shall work towards transforming the school and giving it a new look.
“As a church we are very grateful to the school leadership, area leaders among them MP Gikaria and the community for the support in ensuring justice is served. We shall work together to give this school a new face,” he said.
According to him, the Church is ready to establish service centre on the parcel as the school’s neighbour.
While pointing out that there are issues of drugs and substance abuse among young people, Bishop Dr. Ng’ang’a announced that the church shall help in addressing the same around the school and other neighbouring communities.
“We are going to establish a church here and get involved fully in shaping the school and community. We know issues of drugs and mental health are rampant. I want to assure that as a church we shall step in and play our role even through rehabilitation,” he stated.
