All Sub-county administrators in Nakuru County have been taken through sensitization exercise.
The exercise was conducted by the Department of Public Service Management and Devolution with an aim to boost planning, accountability and service delivery.
According to Director Wesley Kipngok, the training focused on preparing Individual Annual Action Plans and cascading the Performance Appraisal System (PAS) to promote a results-oriented culture in the County Public Service.
The Sub-County Administrators will extend the exercise to Ward Administrators and other sub-county employees to harmonize performance targets and strengthen grassroots delivery.
The reforms are part of Governor Susan Kihika’s efforts to entrench professionalism and efficiency in county administration.
In attendance were County Head of Performance James Cherono, Gladys Pkemei and Principal Administrator Gitonga Kinyanjui.
