Traders from both Wakulima and Nasher markets have today started settling at Afraha Stadium where they will be carrying their trade. While we visited the place earlier today, Wakulima Market traders had already taken over the Afraha Annexe and business was running almost normally. To deal will the vagaries of weather, the traders were busy putting up makeshift shelters while lorries delivered cargo.
The traders were given the directive to move from their places of work in town following the outbreak of Covid-19. This is one of the orders given by the County Commissioner Mr Elias Mbau to deal with the issue.
