DCP Nakuru Chapter Secretary General Simon Ole Nasieku has slammed former Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri for disrespecting DCP Party Leader Rigathi Gachagua.

Nasieku noted that Ngunjiri has been making attacks on Gachagua via social media platforms.
According to Nasieku, such attacks cannot be tolerated adding that the DCP Leader deserves to be respected as a national leader.
Addressing press in Naivasha during DCP aspirants’ meeting over the weekend, Nasieku was categorical that DCP is a party to watch moving forward and no any form of intimidation will deter the party from making strides in saving Kenya.
“We have seen some people including Kimani Ngunjiri having disrespect to our party Leader Gachagua. Anytime Ngunjiri goes live on Facebook he disrespects our Leader and we are telling him to desist from such. We are DCP and that is the party that we shall market in Nakuru moving forward,” he stated.
The DCP SG Nakuru County also used the moment to declare that DCP party will not issue direct tickets to aspirants.
He added that DCP is meant to end politics of conmanship.
According to him, Kenyans will decide which individual will be through party nominations.
“As DCP we are telling Kenyans that the time for political conmanship is over. Kenyans will make decision and the Party has no room for direct tickets,” he stated.

Sentiments echoed by DCP Secretary Strategic planning Dr Peter Mbae.
Mbae also called on Kenya Kwanza Government to stop intimidation against a a section of members allied to former DP Rigathi Gachagua.
He was responding to an issue where Subaru’s purported to be from DCI were seen around the venue for the DCP Aspirants’s meeting in Naivasha.
“We shall not allow intimidation by Subaru guys from DCI. DCP is here and the train has left the station and no turning back,” he stated.
Mbae at the same time revealed that DCP will soon give official statement on their stand on matters Finance Bill and Budget.
